혹은 사용자에게 초대 링크를 보내 직접 회사 계정에 추가할 수 있는 방법도 있습니다.
Types of Users
An account owner can add AdministratorPower, Data Input or View-Only users to the BSC Designer account:
Administrator can access and modify all scorecards and account settings
An administrator can add Power, Data Input or View-Only users to the BSC Designer account:
Power users can access and modify scorecards, enter new data into KPIs
Data input users can only enter new data in the value field of existing KPIs
View-Only users can only view data entered by other users and access dashboards and strategy maps that already exist in the scorecard.
The number of power and data input users depends on the subscription that was bought. Check out the number of users allowed in your account in the Subscription section.
파워 유저와 읽기 전용 유저
관리자는 새로운 파워유저 또는 읽기 전용 유저를 BSC Designer 계정에 추가할 수 있습니다.:
파워 유저는 직접 성과표를 수정하거나 KPI에 새로운 데이터를 입력할 수 있지만
읽기 전용 유저는 다른 사용자가 입력한 데이터나 이미 생성된 대시보드와 전략맵을 이용할 수 있습니다.
사용자 수는 구독 유형에 따라 다릅니다. 구독 섹션에서 여러분 계정의 등록 가능한 파워 유저의 수를 확인하세요.
사용자 권한
계정 관리자는 추가 옵션을 사용하는 파워 유저의 접근 권한을 조정할 수 있습니다.:
Allow use external datasources (power users will be able to use existing datasources to create new SQL indicators)
데이터 입력만 가능하도록 사용자 권한을 조정하세요 (파워 유저는 지표 값만 수정할 수 있게 됩니다.)
Approval required for entered data (new values entered by the user will need an approval by a power user)
기록 값을 조정할 수 있도록 허용하세요 (추가 설정은 > 설정 > 작업흐름 > 기록 데이터에서 가능합니다.)
