行动方案

BSC Designer 中的行动方案

在 KPIs 列表中，有一列 行动方案。点击此列中的按钮，以访问KPI行动方案。

了解更多有关 行动方案在战略规划中 所起的作用。

行动方案具有以下属性：

  • 名称 是指行动方案名称。
  • 说明 是指行动方案的说明。
  • 文件列表 包含连接至详细行动计划的链接。
  • 负责人 是指行动方案负责人。
  • 类型 是指项目类型，比如“行动方案”、“成功要素”、“期望结果”、“原理”或者“假设”。

流程相关属性：

  • 状态 是指指标状态（状态可以在账户设置中的 工作流程 选项卡内进行配置）。
  • KPI对齐 是指将指示行动方案进程的KPI进行对齐。
  • 时间轴 是指指标时间轴（运用于 控制面板 图表）。

Dependencies:

  • Depends on defines the dependency on another initiatives (is used on the Gantt charts).
  • Context is the parent item of the initiative, use move button to move initiative to another item.
  • Depends on and Contributes to define the dependency between initiatives (used on the Gantt charts).
  • Context defines the contextual relationships of the initiative. Use the Add button to link the initiative by context with another initiative, goal, or indicator.
  • Documents section allows uploading strategy-related documents and linking to external resources.

预算属性：

  • 预算 是指分配给行动方案的预算。
  • 货币 是指预算货币（货币可以在账户设置中的 组织 > 货币 选项卡内进行配置）。
  • 实际 费用。
  • 差额 是指预算与实际费用之间存在的（差距）。
  • 持续时间 是指行动方案的持续时间。
If an initiative has budget and progress information, the software will show:
  • Earned Value = Total Budget * Progress, %
  • Cost Variance = Earned Value - Budget Actual
